My approach to a Deep Tissue massage starts by warming the tissue with Swedish techniques, often incorporating tools like hot stones, massage cups, warm bamboo or guasha. I work with your lungs to slowly sink into the connective tissue, focusing on trigger points and chronic holding patterns that are holding you back. It is important to increase your water intake before and after a deep tissue session to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that we will be releasing.
I am confident that you will have better range of motion, less pain, and a better understanding of what your body is going through after this session. It is my intention to not only help my clients in the moment, but to share fun and easy ways to put yourself first every day.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. I typically incorporate Swedish techniques into a therapeutic session. If you’re looking for only Swedish, I would refer you to any of the spas around. Panache in the Publix Plaza on the island is the closest and has several great therapists.

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet or hands. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, depression, and more! It is a great way to target specific organs and to relax the entire body, without even touching its A reflexology session is 75 minutes. 15-30 minutes per hand or foot, finishing with a neck and scalp massage.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique where I use the energy from my hands to redirect the cerebral spinal fluid that flows from your spine and around your skull so that it’s evenly distributed throughout your body.
This modality is very effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Cranial sacral is included in each of my sessions. If you’d like only cranial sacral therapy, without deep tissue or other massage, please contact me directly to schedule.!

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. I have a prenatal bolster that allows the client to lay on their belly, without any pressure on the baby. I also specialize in prenatal sciatica. Often caused by the enlarged uterus, applying too much pressure to the low back, causing nerve pain through the entire body. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. It does not have to be painful or uncomfortable. If you are currently pregnant, and experiencing sciatica or any extreme pain, please reach out directly to book. 904-718-6191
The lymphatic system is one of the body's most powerful tools for healing, immunity, and detoxification — yet it's often overlooked in traditional massage therapy. Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized, gentle technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid, helping your body clear toxins, reduce inflammation, and restore balance from the inside out.
Regular lymphatic drainage massage can support your body in profound ways, including reduced swelling and puffiness, improved immune function, faster recovery from illness or injury, decreased inflammation and chronic pain, enhanced energy and mental clarity, and a deeper sense of relaxation and well-being.
What sets this session apart is a two-phase technique that works with your body's natural rhythms rather than against them.
I begin with dry body brushing — using long, intentional strokes that follow the pathways of the lymphatic system. This prepares the body by stimulating circulation near the skin's surface and encouraging the initial movement of lymph fluid toward the body's drainage points.
From there, I transition into targeted trigger point work, focusing on areas of muscular tension and restriction that directly impact the lymph nodes. When trigger points go untreated, they can impede the flow of lymph and contribute to stagnation, swelling, and discomfort. By releasing these points with precision, we open the pathways your lymphatic system needs to function at its best.
The result is a session that doesn't just feel good — it actively supports your body's ability to heal, drain, and recover.

Reiki therapy is a type of bodywork which is focused on the energy fields of the body, rather than the physical body itself. Whether they know it or not, everyone does reiki.
The hippocampus in our brain is responsible for turning short term memories into long term memories. When we experience pain or trauma, our hippocampus buries it within the body in attempt to protect us. That trauma or that pain will eventually turn into pain in your physical body. If it isn’t processed on time, it can turn to disease in the body. One of my favorite tools for energy work is my Sonic Slider, created by Eileen McKusick. It has the frequency of the earth and is used to clear the biofield. Basically, make a path for the energy to flow and be transformed.
